Major Development brings over 20 years of experience to its new business, PeopleScape, which focuses on consulting and developing human resources in the real estate sector during the New Normal era. 2. Training Services, both online and offline, within and outside organizations, including courses on construction management, sales management, sole agent training, and legal management.

3. Human Resource Management (HR Services), such as recruitment, payroll management, and building effective teams.

4. Business Process Consulting, which includes designing workflows from start to finish and developing internal control systems to prepare companies for entering the stock market.

Ms. Petchlada further stated that the training services will include tailored courses for each organization based on their specific needs, as well as new courses open to the public or those interested in self-development. Recently, PeopleScape launched its first course titled "Transforming Real Estate Management", which serves as a key to success in the real estate business in the New Normal era, covering topics such as market analysis to turn crises into opportunities, investment techniques post-COVID-19, consumer behavior analysis, customer retention strategies, luxury project development concepts, the application of PropTech, and digital trends in real estate, along with property management, all within a short 4-day course that includes site visits.
